From the outset, Carmen Deane has approached every catering assignment as a personal commitment to the highest catering industry quality standards. To faithfully comply with this ideal, each stage of the manufacturing or organizational process is strictly adhered to, starting with the closely monitored selection of raw material suppliers – who have all committed, in turn, to strictly adhere to the company’s high quality standards - and ending with the also closely monitored and carefully managed transport of each catering event.
As an off premises catering concern, Carmen Deane is familiar

 

with all types of catering venues: temporary tent enclosures;
residences; business facilities; industrial plants and warehouses; or the private homes of its many clients. Arriving in it’s own fleet of refrigerated trucks – to guarantee the freshness of food item. On site, each “master to his own”: the head chef organizes the kitchen and staff; the Maitre D’, directs the waiters and serving staff, and the company catering director who leads the catering staff to provide the highest possible level of clinet satisfaction.
